Beckley Retreats — Netherlands

Beckley Retreats runs a structured, multi-week program built around a 5–6 day in-person retreat at De Hoorneboeg Retreat Center, roughly 40km from Amsterdam. The in-person retreat sits inside an eleven-week arc: around four weeks of virtual preparation, the retreat itself with two guided psilocybin-truffle ceremonies, and roughly six weeks of virtual integration support afterwards.

Truffles (as distinct from mushrooms) are legally sold and consumed by adults in the Netherlands, and Beckley’s own materials cite this distinction explicitly. Beckley’s current schedule also lists a second venue, The Place To Be, a farm on the Slangenburg estate in the eastern Netherlands, which hosts a 4-night format (two guided psilocybin sessions, up to 17 guests) as well as 5-night Signature Programs; De Hoorneboeg programs are 5 nights. The program describes a facilitator ratio of roughly 1:3, and describes a multidisciplinary facilitation team including a physician and a trauma-informed psychotherapist.

Published pricing is USD $5,200–$10,250 per guest (approx. A$7,413–A$14,611*) depending on venue, program length and room type: from $5,200 to $8,250 for the 4-night program at The Place To Be, and from $7,950 to $10,250 for the 5-night program at De Hoorneboeg. Flights and on-site massage are not included.
